I am a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘ICAI’). I did my articleship training with M/s Kamal Chand Jain & Co. (CA), a Firm of Chartered Accountants in Guwahati (Assam).

I have completed my graduation in B. Com (Hons) with Major in Accountancy from Gauhati University.

I have also successfully completed the Certificate Course on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) conducted by the ICAI.

I have started my own proprietary firm – M/s Ghorawat & Co (Chartered Accountants) at Surat (Gujarat) in the September 2009.

My Principal Areas of Professional Interest are: Indian Direct Taxes, Audit, IFRS – Accounting Consultancy, Information Technology.
